4. Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked through our website subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred time slots.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture.

  • Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 - 48 hours in advance. Clients may reschedule up to two times without restrictions, subject to availability.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of the appointment without rescheduling options.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible, and it will be assessed and evaluated individually at our discretion.

5. Review & Feedback

We allow users to leave reviews and feedback on our website. However, we reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Users are prohibited from engaging in spamming, hacking, or any misuse of the website or its content.

  • Any attempt to compromise the website’s functionality or security will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

7. Future Online Product Sales

While we currently sell products in-store, online product sales will be introduced soon. Separate terms and conditions for online sales, returns, and refunds will be provided at that time

10. Voucher & Discount Coupons
